Wellness Challenge


The goal of this 7-week program is to improve your balance and not be restricted by your environment.  This program will encourage you to try exercises in different places each week, teach you proper technique, and motivate you along the way.  Each week you will receive an email with a video clip with a demonstration of each exercise.  You will be encouraged to perform that exercise 2-3 times per week.  At the end of this challenge, you will be rewarded with a prize.
