Public Hearing at Stevens High School Auditorium at 7pm on proposed FY 2026-2027 budget and warrant articles requesting appropriations.

This is the opportunity to publicly comment on the two budgets being presented. There are no overall time limits to public commenting, but only three (3) minutes will be given to each citizen. After each citizen who wishes to speak has spoken, citizens will be recognized for a second turn at the podium. The second turn will be limited to two (2)minutes.

Final day to register to vote

You must register to vote by January 20, 2026 to be able to vote on the budget. If you do not register by this day, you will not be allowed to vote on the school budget.

 

February 7, 2026

First session of annual School District Meeting (Deliberative Meeting)

The deliberative meeting are when amendments and changes will be applied to the budget ahead of public voting.

 

February 28, 2026

Second Checklist corrections session

This meeting is a continuation of the previous meeting to make sure all corrections are finalized.

 

March 3, 2026

Annual report with finalized budget (and ballot questions) made available to voters to review.

 

March 10, 2026

Second session of annual School District Meeting (Ballot Voting).

This is when you will be able to vote on the budget. As a reminder, you must register to vote by January 20, 2026, to be eligible to vote here.
