The screening will take place on April 13th, 2026, at Disnard Elementary School, located at 160 Hanover St, Claremont, NH. This screening is for children ages 3-5 who reside in Claremont and focuses on identifying developmental delays in the areas of Speech and Language, Motor Skills, Early Learning, and Social-Emotional Development. The purpose of this screening is to detect potential developmental delays early, which helps start interventions sooner. Parents or caregivers must be present during the 30-minute screening and will be asked to complete a questionnaire.

Participation in the screening also helps connect families with community supports and provides useful information about developmental milestones.
