How to be considered for employment
Please review our posted positions and complete our online application.
Required materials: cover letter, resume, official transcripts, and three letters of recommendation dated within 30 days of application must be attached to the online application for teachers and administration positions.

  • A copy of NH Certification (or Statement of Eligibility and PRAXIS I scores) is required if applying for a core content teaching position.

  • A copy of Paraeducator 2 certification is required for any Claremont K-5 Paraprofessional position.

  • Applicants should scan or convert documents into a pdf format.

  • Only complete and submitted application packages will be considered for employment.

  • Applicants will receive an email confirming receipt.

  • Complete applications will be reviewed by the appropriate administrator who will contact the applicant only if there is an interest in arranging an interview.

  • Interview teams are typically a multi-member group of professionals selected to best evaluate each candidate and select the most qualified candidate to fulfill the dynamic responsibilities of the position.

  • The most qualified interview candidate will be contacted and recommended to the Superintendent for employment.

  • The candidate proceeds to meet with HR (All) & Superintendent (Teachers and Administrators) to complete hiring paperwork and sign conditional contracts (dependent on criminal background check).
